By accessing and using CurioKids ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Children under 13 must have a parent or guardian create the account and supervise their use of the Service. Teachers may create accounts on behalf of their students with parental consent in accordance with applicable laws (COPPA, FERPA, GDPR-K).

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes: attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading harmful content, interfering with the service's normal operation, or violating any applicable laws.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided by CurioKids — including AI-generated projects, lesson plans, and instructional materials — is owned by CurioKids or its licensors. You may use this content for personal or classroom educational purposes only.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurioKids shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
